Delivery and service policy

Online checkout isn't open yet. This policy applies to purchases once it opens.

Digital delivery only

Every product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive your purchase

• After PayFast confirms your payment, we email a sign-in link to the address you bought with.
• The link opens your library, where you download the plugin and copy your license key.
• This usually takes a few minutes. Download links expire after 10 minutes; you can make a new one at any time from your library.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours, email support@g3nztools.com with your order number and we'll send it again.

Support is by email at support@g3nztools.com. We usually reply within two working days. Install guides come with each download.
