What we collect

• When you buy: your email address, name, order details and payment status from PayFast. We never receive your card number.
• When you sign in: your email address and sign-in times.
• When you activate a Photoshop plugin: your license key and a random installation ID the plugin creates. No hardware fingerprint.
• When you email us: your message and your address.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Why

To deliver your purchase, manage licenses, answer support requests, prevent fraud and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email without your permission.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, file delivery and email forwarding.
• PayFast: payments.
• Supabase: accounts and order records.
• Resend: sending email.
• Google (Gmail): support email.

These providers may process data outside your country under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Order and license records for as long as your license exists and as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails until the issue is resolved, and for a reasonable time after.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete your data. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.

The plugins

The plugins work on your own computer and don't upload your documents or footage to us.
